Fossil fuels, as the primary source of energy supply in today’s global society, are being depleted much faster than expected and raising serious environmental social concerns for contemporary societies. To deal with issues, a movement towards generation sustainable renewable is underway. One most promising sources alternatives use municipal solid waste, biomass since it does not endanger food security considerably made by waste will enable appropriate management help cities to be sustainable. The chain converting bioenergy challenging issue that have attracted attention academic industrial research. In this direction, three-echelon mathematical model developed design MSW-to-biofuel network. This network network; hence, international chain-related issues disruption raw material also been studied. Identifying potential locations site facilities challenge faced waste-to-biofuel models. achieve goal, research, has proposed cross-efficiency DEA which an effective ranking method, especially finding points. sustainability, indicators presented form some criteria method. addition, effort improve ecological line development objective function.
